By accessing and using Ellex (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

Ellex provides a Salesforce integration and deployment management platform. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service necessary to use the Service and for any third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges) associated with such access.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service portion thereof without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ellex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
